Do I need to replace my point-of-sale system?
No. HovviGo runs alongside whatever you use today. QR check-ins happen on a customer's phone, so you can launch a loyalty program without a POS migration. Deeper POS integrations are planned for higher tiers.
How is this different from a coupon app?
Coupon apps train people to wait for a discount. HovviGo is built around repeat visits: customers earn recognition for coming back, and you get the visit data and retention tooling to understand whether it is working.
What does it cost to become an Insider?
Becoming a HovviGo Insider is free. Standard business membership pricing is published on the pricing page for operators who want to launch loyalty programs and reward campaigns.
How do you handle customer location data?
Proximity reminders are entirely opt-in and are designed to be privacy-conscious. Customers choose whether to enable them, control how often they hear from a business, and can disable them at any time.
Is HovviGo available outside Southern Nevada?
Our initial focus is Las Vegas, Henderson, and North Las Vegas so we can support the first Insider community properly. Expansion across Nevada and the Southwest follows that early-access launch.
